Acrylic and original painting of a sunset over La Sagrada Familia, in Barcelona. Painted on a 30 x 40 cm canvas, handmade. La Sagrada Familia is a Catholic basilica designed by the architect Antonio Gaudí. Its construction began in 1882, which is still being built today. It is Gaudí's masterpiece, and the greatest exponent of Catalan modernist architecture known worldwide. In this work it is represented in a sunset with very warm and saturated colors. The brushstrokes are loose, expressive and blend with each other to create different colors. Among all those tones, brushstrokes of a colder tone have been used to create visual harmony. In the figure we appreciate the painting loaded with matter. The use of black alludes to an almost nocturnal environment, enhancing the figure.
