The cheerful colors of this work stand out for the play of tones that have been used, very summery. The flamingos are enhanced by the contrast of their silhouettes against the turquoise colors of the sea and their own orange tones. The treatment of the brushstrokes are very loose, especially in the composition of the waves of the water, which even transmits movement in the work.
